West Queen Anne

Gleanings from my father Glen S. Player's ephemera from Seattle school reunions. He graduated WQA 1932 and QAHS 1936.

It seems that genealogists love collecting just about everything, and my father Glen S. Player, M.D. was no exception. Glen S. and Blanche (Jackson) Player

In addition to promoting any type of family reunion, Dad supported reunions of his elementary and high school classes. This blog is about the memorabilia Dad saved and I subsequently inherited about his school days up on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington.

RIGHT: My father Glen S. Player and our step-mother Blanche  Myrtle (Jackson) Bennett Player circa 1989 at their home in Medina, Washington, photo from the author’s private collection.

Hopefully other West Queen Anne and Queen Anne High School alumni descendants will find value in this blog, and perhaps contribute to this collection.
